Last month I participated in a Webinar hosted by BigBad, a interactive agency based in Boston, Massachusetts. The topic was the ROI of Social Media, a somewhat controversial issue in hospital circles. I was joined by Jennfer Texada (@JennTex) of M.D. Anderson, Lee Aase (@LeeAase) of the Mayo Clinic, and Brian Charlonis from Danbury Health System (@DanburyHospital) . We shared ideas, case studies and best practices.
